Our hot water wasn't working. I called this company, Laudani, early in the morning and left a message. I called other places as well, who said they wouldn't be able to see what was wrong until 5 days from now and most likely we'd need to replace the entire heater. After a few hours, Mr. Laudani called back and in thirty minutes, his son came over, checked the hot water heater, and replaced the circulator vent. Honest, capable and reasonable. I really appreciated their commitment to good service on this cold winter day.
