Everyone we met was incredible nice and thoughtful with our questions for our dogs. Couldn’t recommend this place enough and if we lived here they would be our go to Vet. Thanks so much“

Such a comforting feeling as she reviewed the care and medication plan along with follow up. The Vet Tech, office staff, Dominique and Lois ( office Manager) were as helpful and caring. Fully recommend DAH and if you can't get in that day, they will give you instructions on getting the next available appointment.. thanks to all Blaire is feeling so much better even after her 2nd treatments tonight.“

249 Andover St, Danvers“We had gone to bay state animal clinic for almost 11 years. They always gave such great care to our American bulldog and made her feel so special and loved. Over the past 2.5 years she battled Cushings disease and they were so great with helping us navigate that. When we had to finally say goodbye, they were exceptionally tender, kind, and empathetic. I’m so grateful for how they helped make those last moments so peaceful, calm, and full of love.“

1 Winthrop St, South Hamilton“Dr. Parrott is amazing!! He came to my Family Farm to evaluate my 30+-year-old horse, Prince, to give me a second opinion on whether he was suffering and whether I should be humanely euthanized. Having my horse sleep would have been one of the hardest things I have ever faced. My animals are genuinely part of my family, and I love them with my whole heart and soul!! He is your me that even though Prince does have an extremely severe heart murmur, he was not suffering, was not in the way, and was living a delighted life!!! That's all I wanted and needed to hear! I called my regular vet, who is scheduled to come to my home in two days to euthanize my poor boy, and canceled the house car. Four 1/2 years later, Prince is still doing well and in much less pain (thanks to Dr. Parrot.“
“Because my puppy, my Mini Pomeranian Scarlett "Lilly Mae" is my absolute world and I will give her nothing less than the best of anything, her Doctor is important to her and I. And I sure did not just find the first office with an opening. I read reviews, I spoke with other pet owners, I researched my candidate records, I studied hard and pondered over this with a fierce energy to make sure I felt good about first the establishment, then their Veterinarian's. And then I made her appointment. Here! Just a "check up", as my favorite Urgent Care in Saugus kept telling me "she needs a doctor, I can't be her primary". And so we went. And that's when I met Doctor Dunn and his assistant. And the girls at the front desk. And Lilly made her appearance. (She owns any place she walks into!). I left feeling great, I felt like he really studied my baby with care. Didn't try to force any particular dog food on me...she's home cooked fed and he wasn't against it! And he spoke to me with respect. And offered web sites for recipes and advice. Fast forward, July 4th Lilly isn't well with fireworks. Well she began shaking her head. Rubbing at her ear. I knew I had to go back. We went back, saw Doctor Dunn again. She actually let him take cultures of her ears. Didn't want to, but did. Doctor Dunn immediately knew there was no infection. Complimented her for her clean ears (found her groomer with the same energy BTW after Petco treated her like an object and Linda's Critter Coral BUTCHERED her Pomeranian Coat almost beyond repair) and told me he thinks she has some irritability from the loud fireworks but no major damage and that time will heal it. Price for the office visit/exam went unmatched he was extremely reasonable!! The guy in my opinion is a true Vet. My understanding is that his dad is also. Very experienced, caring, understanding, and they listen! I would recommend you stop your search here and make an appointment with the lovely front desk staff!“

365 Essex St, Saugus“I'm not sure why folks are so upset with Dr. Dulca. I read all of the reviews and I don't see anyone saying that he misdiagnosed a condition on an animal. Dr. Dulca, with over 30 years of experience, runs a small operation. While some may find his demeanor less than warm and fuzzy, his no-nonsense approach has earned him a loyal following. Here's what sets Dr. Dulca apart: Honesty and Expertise: Dr. Dulca doesn't sugarcoat things. He won't upsell you on unnecessary treatments or inflate your worries. Instead, he focuses on solving real problems. If your dog doesn't need a daily gourmet diet of scrambled eggs and broiled chicken, he'll tell you - because fur babies are not human children. Affordability: Despite his extensive experience, Dr. Dulca undercharges for his services. He genuinely cares about the well-being of animals. Pandemic Commitment: When other vet offices closed their doors, Dr. Dulca kept his practice open. No sitting in cars for owners; Dr. Dulca continued to serve his community. In summary, Dr. Dulca may not be your cup of tea in terms of what you would want in a typical jovial, hand-holding vet, but his dedication, honesty, and commitment to animal welfare deserve the utmost respect. My worst day will be when he retires and sells his practice. I have been to the MSCPA in JP (incompetent diagnosis and expensive treatment), Tufts Veterinary Hospital (complete misdiagnosis), the Saugus Animal Hospital (horrible customer service), Blue Pearl (ridiculously expensive overcharging for services), and a couple of others over the years. I keep going back to Dr. Dulca because he knows what he is doing. You may not like his delivery but you can trust that he will tell you the truth. I have nothing but the utmost of professional respect for this doctor.“

“We took our cat to them for a second opinion. The previous vet had told us the only option was to do an extremely invasive procedure. Dr. Friedman solved the problem with a simple X-ray! We're changing over to them for sure!“
