“Always a great day at Lahey Peabody.. . Excellent Drs. Orthopedic department is awesome. Dr. Rotondo to Meredith Johnson, Excellent Opthalmology Dept and the best Optical Shop with Dominic and Maura. The Emergency Dept is very attentive and caring. That's why I gave this review 5 stars. Too much more to add to this review. All in all, I only remember one bad experience and that was 7 years ago. It was as an inpatient in Peabody. That's why they have Burlington.“

She asks all the right questions to tailor your treatment to you and gives the best advice. She's reliable and available when you have questions, always there to guide you!! “Unacceptable for a person who checks in for an appointment and waits to be seen for an hour, to get a phone call asking if they're coming in. Second time this happened. Response? Oh, sorry. Is it so difficult keeping track of three patients in the waiting room? Beyond furious since it definitely affects the patient' s mobility issues and causes unnecessary pain. The medical staff there are fantastic. No complaints about Drs or nurses.“

“The podiatrist office is amazing!! Especially Dr.Brown. He helped me with an issue that a previous Podiatrist place dismissed, saying it was a "mental concern" and there was nothing they could do. Dr Brown validated my feets issues and gave me a solution! Amazing experience overall I am super greatful!! Highly recommend seeing Dr Brown!“

“I was actually so scared for my visit based on the previous reviews. I have anxiety with doctor’s offices regardless. However, I had an AMAZING experience. Everyone I encountered was so nice! The front desk staff, the assistant who took me back and took my vitals, my Dr, Dr Scott, and the person who took my blood. I could even hear some other workers making calls, etc. and they were very kind and patient from what I could hear as well. I was one of the last patients of the day and the lab even very kindly took my blood after 5pm. I’m honestly not sure where the bad reviews came from or maybe I got lucky I’m not sure but I personally would recommend this office.“
