I had an appointment set up and unfortunately when I went to go into the room shame on me I was late there was an offer for me to make a new appointment or there was an option to see a physician now I took see a physician now within a half hour I was recertified very easy and painless

The process was straight forward. Easy to do, and convenient. The provider was pleasant, patient, and outstanding at building relationship in a very short period of time...literally!

Finished up my renewal consultation today with Dr. Robert Walker and the experience was amazing! He was respectful, detailed, caring, knowledgeable and most importantly he was easy to understand and follow during our conversation. I'm impressed and hope to see him next year :)
