Joe's is a true hidden gem in the neighborhood. I've been looking for a great haircut for a long time, and Joe is the real deal. He's extremely professional, friendly, has a great sense of humor, and has top notch skills. He only charges $18 for a cut (as of 5/30/2024), and it's worth every penny.
