We had a house that was extensively damaged by fire and we were impressed with how Jon and his team were able to get us back into our house so quickly but also how Jon was so diligent and helpful in helping us make the design changes we needed to make. In November of 2021, my 110 year old home sustained major and minor damage due to a tree crashing through the roof during a windstorm. The hole in the back of the house, the partially missing chimney, and the gaping area along the window were obvious. The cracks that spidered the walls throughout the house were not. JLP construction was fantastic. We needed to be out of the house for safety and the work to be done. We decided that as the kitchen was damaged by the falling tree and after living for 30 yrs with an archaic set up, to have the kitchen completely redone, down to the studs and opening it up. Jon and his team demo'ed my old, crumbling front steps and replaced them with a beautiful mahogany front porch. They finished the project quickly and stayed in constant communication with me by text (my preferred method.) The project came in on budget and on time, I couldn't be happier!
