Great Service, always responsive! Never had an issue with them. Even when we had an oil tank leak, they came out after business hours to help us (after 8pm, and very quicky), and then again the next day! They went above and beyond to fix the issue, and help with the cleanup. Highly recommended!

Hawthorne Oil company truly understands the importance of customer service! They support their customers as if they are family. I recently moved into North Salem area and the house I purchased was heated by oil. I never owned a house with oil before and they answered all my questions and made a special trip to my house to assist. All of the staff at Hawthorne Oil are exceptional and I highly recommend to work with this company to any home owner!

The customer service is excellent. When I call for service of any kind-fill up, prime or if my furnace is not working Jeff calls me back within 10 min and comes right over. Hawthorne makes me feel like I'm a priority customers. Their oil prices are also much lower than their competitors. I highly recommend for anyone needing a oil company to call them . It was the smartest switch I made. Thank you!!
