After a few estimates I decided to go with A&A mostly because of the sales rep Jerry he was honest with me right from the start. I had my roof and Vinyl siding done. The roof crew was unbelievable in one day they banged out the roof even with all the problems I had. The communication was unbelievable they took pictures of all the the issues and addressed them with me before continuing. Any questions or concerns I had they took care of with a smile. I couldn't be more happier dealing with Jerry Dave the manager and Leo the foreman and his crew on the vinyl siding. These three guys made my life during construction pain free. We needed new windows and a slider - sounds simple but no! They needed to match the color and design of an old condo building. We tried a couple of local companies but because these will be special order it was going to take 8-12 weeks, and we were hoping for a quicker resolution. Enter the Melrose Farmers Market - one of the vendors was A&A Services - they replace roofing, siding, and windows. Sean Luddy the sales manager came out, measured, and made suggestions. The turnaround time was 3 weeks. The windows and door were on time. The installers were professional, cleaned up, and did a great job. It was not the cheapest but seamless and excellent customer service.... read full review

We were very pleased with the work that was done on our home (roof and rear gutters). A&A services took the time to explain the process and kept in constant contact with us..The workers were excellent and cleaned up the area when the they were finished. Thanks again to Jerry, Dave, Aurel, and your crews for a job well done.
