“We recently had our roof replaced as the first step in our solar panel project. One of our requirements was to get it done quickly as we had a tight schedule. Andrei came by the house and had a quote for us within a day. The price was sginificanly lower than the others we had.

They started the job within a week of us accepting the quote. The crew arrived first thing in the morning and didn't leave until dusk. In the first day they were able to strip the old shingles and instal the new ones on the house and detached garage. Day two was only a few hours of final touches, the whole project completed in 2 days. The crew was very thorough, they spent a lot of time covering everything with tarps and moving items out of the way prior to demolition and put everything back when finished.

The new roof looks great. Won't hesitate to contact Bel Island for any additional work we need on our house.“

He designs the site, preserving trees and the natural environment around the structure and with this talent for design, he creates beautiful and unique homes and developments. Homes that are so unique and quality-oriented that when I passed by one while looking for his work through Concord, West Newbury, Falmouth, Marion, Rockport and Boxford, I know he designed and built it. Mike is very critical of his work and I witnessed him direct his construction crew to remove and rebuild a large dormer that he saw was not in the correct position, it was 8 inches to one side. I questioned his decision, but after looking at the rebuilt dormer I understood. I have to say that he is an exception to the build it fast, cheap and never look back.“
