First , let me say mine was a very difficult case. Years and years of tweezing coarse facial hairs and over a year and a half of failed electrolysis treatments at another practice. My face looked like a pepperoni pizza after each treatment which never completely resolved during the entire duration of my treatments. Bumps, pimples , redness and ingrown hairs. It was awful. I finally had to stop treatment to give my face a rest. Only to find out that the treatments were not even effective. All of the hairs came back very quickly. The follicles were damaged but not killed, so regrown hairs came in crooked or bent, often creating ingrown hairs. So now add bumpy skin texture... read full review

Lisa had to relocate (temporarily, I believe) to another Electrologist's space in Norwood. I was so happy that she called me to make an appointment after she was resituated there. She is very gentle, professional and really does a great job. She explained to me that it would probably take three sessions, each around a month apart to take care of my nuisance facial hair. She works fast and is friendly without being too chatty. I recommend her highly.
