First , let me say mine was a very difficult case. Years and years of tweezing coarse facial hairs and over a year and a half of failed electrolysis treatments at another practice. My face looked like a pepperoni pizza after each treatment which never completely resolved during the entire duration of my treatments. Bumps, pimples , redness and ingrown hairs. It was awful. I finally had to stop treatment to give my face a rest. Only to find out that the treatments were not even effective. All of the hairs came back very quickly. The follicles were damaged but not killed, so regrown hairs came in crooked or bent, often creating ingrown hairs. So now add bumpy skin texture to my original problem of excess hair. So now, 15 years later, after spending at least 20 minutes daily tweezing facial hairs and digging out ingrown hairs, I bit the bullet and called Lisa. She started treating my face and amazingly she was able to clear my hairs in one session. First sessions were about an hour long but clearing was immediate which was amazing in itself. And there was almost no irritation at all afterwards. Some redness right after the treatment but the next day you'd never know I had a treatment. So now about 10 months later, going every few weeks, my face is almost fully cleared. I can go weeks without seeing any hairs. My skin texture has improved so much because there are no more ingrown hairs or bumps. In my mind Lisa is nothing short of a miracle worker. She's obviously very skilled at what she does and I'd recommend her to anyone looking for permanent hair removal. I only wish I had found her years ago.

Lisa had to relocate (temporarily, I believe) to another Electrologist's space in Norwood. I was so happy that she called me to make an appointment after she was resituated there. She is very gentle, professional and really does a great job. She explained to me that it would probably take three sessions, each around a month apart to take care of my nuisance facial hair. She works fast and is friendly without being too chatty. I recommend her highly.
