Jenny's communication from time of booking through the trial and the day-of was amazing, and I always felt like we were on the same page. I really loved their focus on good hair and skin prep, and emphasis on making sure everyone still felt like themselves - particularly those in the party who were less comfortable with getting their makeup done. Lauren was so gentle with my husband's little sister, who was getting her hair and makeup done for the first time ever. Lauren took the time to explain everything she was doing before it happened and checked in frequently to make sure she was comfortable. My little sister in law went from very nervous to absolutely beaming by the time they were done! Can't thank them both enough for making my wedding morning very chill and comfortable experience! :)“
