I recently moved to Boston and had only heard about the racial disparities in the corporate world but experiencing them firsthand hits differently. Roy AbiYounes at BCS365 embodies the kind of stories that are all too common in Boston. I applied for an IT Helpdesk Support Technician (Hybrid) position in Cambridge, and the initial interview was extremely positive. Don’t have much to say but I have applied to this company a few times and they turned down my applications and when I look at how talented I am and where I am working I think they are prejudice against people or color. I am all set and I would never apply to this firm again for any part time jobs.
