I was a client already for massage therapy, like anyone in this time I have a lot going on and also a lot of unresolved trauma. One day I was scrolling through instagram Ana Paula page came up and I went to go take a look and see what was it about.
First of all Ana Paula is a very calm and positive energy person, as soon as I walked into our session I felt save and understood. During our session we had beautiful release moments and she also introduce me to taping therapy which I love and use during hard times. I have learned so much how to keep my self calm and how to navigate through my emotions. If you are goin through depression anxiety or have a lot of unsolved trauma please book appointment with her and thank me later.
