Had to have my car towed because of mechanical issues my insurance sent Atlantic Towing They said 30 mins they god here sooner Junior Showed he was very pleasant it was freezing out he came out took charge right away told be I was all set he would take care of getting g my car to the repair Shop so I could go inside and stay warm THANK YOUso much for quick and courteous service !

I didn’t catch my drivers name, but I couldn’t be happier. I lost power steering in the middle of Boston, and Atlantis came pretty quick (about an hr), and took my car to the shop. The driver was helpful, and made a stressful situation a lot better. Thank you!

Ramon Vega was my driver and he was not only incredibly kind but he also fixed my car without even needing a tow! He was extremely knowledgeable and replaced the broken part with an improvised solution that did the job. Thank you, Ramon!

I was stranded with a rental car recently on one of the coldest days. Rental car company could not get me a jump/tow for over 8 hours. I started calling around myself and was able to get Atlantis to assist me within 30 minutes. I appreciate the prompt assistance and great customer service. He was up front with his prices and there were no surprises. He even allowed me to wait in his truck until my Lyft arrived. I will recommend this company to everyone that I know in Chicago!! They hit us with a 360 minute waiting time. Call them and they said 6 AM. BRO YALL NOT 24/7 then if I got connected through to you as a service provider at 2 AM.

Out of state visiting and broke down at rush hour on North Shore Drive in Revere minutes before Atlantis closed. Was able to speak with Gio from Atlantis, what an incredible experience! Even though they were closing and all drivers were tied up, Gio took it upon himself to respond and get me and my vehicle to safety. Extremely professional and personable young man. Would definitely recommend Atlantis and specifically, Gio, for your towing needs.

Used their services through Progressive. My car needed to be towed from the apartment garage, which has a ridiculously small opening. They were basically one of the only companies willing and able to do it, that Progressive could find. Two employees came to help; they had to pull my car out the garage with a chain using a jeep first, then put it on the bed of the tow truck once it made it safely onto the street. They were careful and considerate, assuring me that it can be done. And it was. Thank you for your services!
