“Jon did a fantastic job installing multiple closets in our new construction home. Throughout the entire home building process, he was the easiest person to work with BY FAR. From the start, he gave us a timeframe of when to expect shipment of the materials and closet installation. He stuck to that timeframe to a tee, even going out of his way to email me multiple times checking in and to give me updates. He was in our home doing the installation within days of having received our closet materials. If I could give him 6/5 stars, I would. I came across United S A Construction after looking outside my normal contractor connections. I was very cautious about using someone that I didn't know. Cesar was quick to get back to me and we scheduled a time for him to look at the job. After looking at the job the quote was emailed to me immediately and the job was very competitively priced. Still cautious, I decided to pull the trigger. Cesar told me he would be at my property the following Monday at 8am and he and his crew were there right on time. The job move quickly and a minor misunderstanding on my part was discussed professionally and a reasonable solution was reached without a problem. The job was completed without interruptions within a weeks time. I already have another quote for more work to be completed and I referred him to friend today. “Sergei and his team at Roofing Doctor are simply excellent. We've used Roofing Doctor twice (once for a detached garage and now for our home) and are delighted with the quality, attention to detail, pricing transparency, and work ethic of the team at Roofing Doctor.
From the start, the options were put forward clearly and pricing remained consistent across the quote through to final invoice. The sales process was low-key/low pressure. When you have a good product and team you don't need gimmicks and pressure tactics.
The roofing material and process are quality and look excellent on my roof. The installation went well and was accomplished in a day. Our roof isn't simple either, but the shingles look seemless.
The team that arrived to demo the old shingles and install the new roof did a fantastic job in all phases. These are pros. I live in the city--with other houses close by and all sorts of plants in my yard--and the team kept the work area clean and nothing was even slightly damaged. On clean-up, the team truly left the area better than they found it. There were *no* roofing materials, packaging, nails, or other odds or ends left behind. It was spotless! Given my driveway is next to my house, I appreciate the cleaning to ensure no nails are around to puncture my tires.
I live in an older neighborhood and have seen a mix of roofing teams. My neighbor had to get a roof replaced after 8 years due to a bad install. Another nearby house got their roof replaced, and the team left scrap everywhere. Not Roofing Doctor. They did a great install and showed remarkable attention to detail.“

“We hired Spring Home Improvement to be the General Contractor to renovate our kitchen, dining and laundry room - which then also turned into getting our whole house painted and floors redone :) The design was done by Design Intention in Framingham (Jasmin Lee). Tiago and his team were excellent to work with. The project finished in the expected time and we had no issues communicating with Tiago or getting timely responses. He was as invested in our project as we were, paying attention to detail. We worked closely together and he helped explain the steps in the project right from permitting to the sequence of plumbing, electrical, flooring, etc, etc. If there was any issue or miscommunication, we were able to talk to him and figure things out. Check out the pre-construction video. We would be happy to use them again for other projects in our home and highly recommend them.“

“Had them come redo the siding on my house and all the flashing . They were very professional and answered all my questions .and gave me all options .went with hardy board siding . They were quick ,professional and clean for a work site . This was not first time using them ,first time was taking walls out and putting in lvl to support house .
