To start off with I have to say the doctors, vet techs, and door greeters are great. There is a lot of staff and a few I assume are administrative. The new office is very attractive. After reading some of the reviews I can see that some of the cons are unfair because in any practice of medicine there are protocols and to make a diagnosis you do need to perform test to rule out other probable causes and many people do not understand that. I brought my dog to the clinic and was satisfied with the care. I came only because it wasn't corporate, and the Middlesex Animal Hospital closed, and its great DMV referred me. The staff at RAC is always friendly and helpful. Dr. Flynn is kind, compassionate, and obviously loves her work with animals. My family appreciates all she does to keep our dogs healthy!
I'm new to the area and I'm not familiar with things just yet. My Sadie (chihuahua) has gotten sick and needed to be seen as soon as possible. Reading Animal Clinic came highly recommended. I called the office and they got me in as soon as possible. The doctor was so nice and Sadie liked her as well. Everyone was friendly and helpful.
