She's obviously a great stylist, colorist, etc but more importantly she is a great listener and asks the right questions when discussing what you would like done or what look you're thinking of doing and makes sure it will work with your type of hair, your face shape, etc etc. She's always willing to try to fit someone in if possible and I always leave there feeling better than when I went in. I recently went in after a bad day during a challenging week. It was the night before a birthday where the age was freaking me out a little and I still wasn't sure how I felt about it.
