Thank you so much Vivian!!! I called the salon in the evening wanting to redo the fill I got somewhere else a week ago. I was really unhappy how my nails had come out from a previous salon in LA. Vivian accepted me and gave me a last minute appointment for same day. When I arrived we realized it was best to remove the current acrylic powder I had because it was truly bad. Vivian took her time to remove my old acrylic powder and do a new set of gelX. My nails came out AMAZING!!! Even though it was past the closing the time and Vivian was still working on my nails, she never once fussed about it or tried to rush my experience. I am truly so so so happy with my nails and how they came out. Thank you Vivian and Ann for the amazing customer service! I will most definitely be returning for any future needs.
