They drive several miles for her Thursday sessions because she is exceptional.The program is "do able" and a great place to start on the journey to good health.This location is well worth a try !

This location is worth the drive for the classic in person experience with a quality leader and supportive community group.Furthermore, this site has some of the best staff.
