    On Wednesday I ordered assorted anniversary flowers for my wife to be delivered at her school in Randolph the next day. I was told deliveries for teachers were made first thing in the morning. The flowers were not delivered until 3 pm and some were wilted and turning brown. My wife sent a picture of the flowers and to their credit they immediately delivered a fresh batch of flowers. Still, the flowers were overpriced at $80 not including tax and delivery.Update. I wasn’t expecting nor sought a refund but such was provided for me. True there was a snafu with the delivery and the original poor condition of the flowers but I appreciate their response. My updated rating... read full review

    *****Edit 11/15/20 to add update-Received a call from owner Marie. We discussed the issue that happened. She did her best to rectify the situation and apologized for the flub, due to internet outage on date of delivery and my order was lost. I understand that issues happen and sadly during a tough time; I was feeling the impact more.******Extremely disappointed! Could not even call back when I called the manager Maria and left a message at 10am on 11/13.Ordered flowers on Sunday Nov 8th for a delivery on Wed Nov 11th, with funeral services starting at 4pm for my grandfather.
