“I can't say enough good things about Dr. Patel! I won't get on my soap box about the state of health care in this country, but it is rare to find a doctor who has the ability and willingness to really take the time to get to know their patients and make sure all of their concerns are heard and addressed. I never feel rushed when I have an appointment with Dr. Patel and I always leave the appointment feeling empowered about my health care goals. A few other pros: making appointments are super easy, whether it be calling the office, booking on zoc doc or their Athena portal. The office staff is equally amazing to Dr. Patel, and will always do their best to accommodate you in an emergency. Overall, it's a great office that I highly recomened.“

“The system is also very neat. The portal is very helpful to keep track of lab results and appointments. The pharmacy company that works separately from the clinic also works well with the clinic and assure we get all the medicine in time.“

“Lila is the best! I have bulging discs nerve damage & a very bad neck due to car accident in 2006. Her massage therapy gets down into the deep tissue as well as the tiny muscles in the spine that I never even knew were there lol. You feel like a million bucks after a visit... I saw her for a few years up to my wedding & felt amazing! Can’t wait to book with her again.“

“I have experienced acupuncture with another person while in FL. However, Rodger produces results each time I see him. I should have realized to begin with acupuncture to treat chronic low back pain rather than failed procedures with pain management at BWH.“

“As a recent former employee all I can say is avoid at all cost! I will say there are many dedicated and well-intentioned employees at this Faciliyy, however the upper management staff is so dysfunctional patient safety and care is not a priority.I think that the four partial hospitalization program's are fantastic, especially the child and adolescent program run by Lisa Russo. But again do not go inpatient at advance medical.“
