“Everyone was very helpful with me getting back my mobility of my arm. I had a rotator cuff injury and could not even raise my left arm over my head. After attending Bay State Physical Therapy in Randolph I am able to lift my arm over my head. I am able to reach behind my back and most importantly do my own hair again. Lol. It was a struggle trying to do simple things on my own. I am so grateful for everyone who had a part in my recovery. Thank you to everyone!!“

“Haven’t been here personally for myself, my mother has gone to them before and I’ve gone with her. Today I needed mainly my toes done but went for a mani too.
Staff was very friendly and pleasant. Milan (lady at the front desk) greeted myself along with other who walked in very kindly and respectfully and with a smile. I then had Tiffany who did my mani and pedi. Very wonderful lady who took her time and made sure she didn’t leave behind any mistakes.
I will definitely be coming back.
