I cannot emphasize enough how happy I've been with Kingsbury Web! We needed a fully functioning ecommerce site for our retail ice hockey business in Greater Boston. We had been through 2 designers who dropped the ball over the course of 2 years at an enormous cost to us. I met with Jon of Kingsbury Web face to face and told him what we needed stressing 1) that it be very secure and professional 2) that it would be functional in that someone who wouldn't know a code string from a shoe string could update it.
