She communicated via text every step of the way and I was sent photos of the completed work when the job was done. Payment was easily done over Venmo. The entire process was very well organized. We called heritage services for help with a bee problem on our house citing the quickly responded, assess the situation and treated it. They continue to monitor the area to prevent future issues.
