Omg same thing happened to me with the microblading. The manager is the one that does it. She begged me to get it done that I was going to love it. I had it done before and it was very painful I shared that with her she said it would not hurt which it didn't. She charged me 200 dollars for a touch up she called it when she was begging me to do it she said yes to everything I wanted. Then I went back to show her my brows it looked worst than before she started. She tried to get another employee involved in the conversation I told her to stay out of it. Then she started yelling, said I called her a liar. I asked her was she going to fix it she told me no. Please people...read full review

I went in to get gel nails. The owner daughter worked on my nails. Well to make a long story short, the thumb nail polish bubble up before I left the owner came over and fixed it. By the time I got home they all was bubbled up. My mothers funeral was the next day, I had to come home and rub them off because the gel was wet. I called back she said she would refuse them. I came in a week later, she had left for the day. I called back the weekend this is what she said. It’s been a week, you didn’t come. But I did you left early.
