“I highly recommend Yulia Berry as a flute teacher for all levels of players. She is a highly trained professional musician and a teacher with many years of experience. I have heard her students perform in recitals and was very impressed with the level of playing - both technically and musically. Yulia's teaching is comprehensive - in addition to private lessons, she includes theory classes, chamber music, group music classes and recitals in her program. Her students rehearse and perform on recitals with a wonderful professional accompanist - adding a very important element to a flutists musical education. Her students are regularly accepted by competitive audition to District and SEMSBA ensembles, perform with their school ensembles and enjoy playing the flute.Yulia is a warm and caring teaching who goes above and beyond with all of her students. As a professional musician myself, I have had the pleasure of knowing and collaborating with Yulia for the past several years. With her experience, integrity, and care for her students, any student of any age or level could not find a better teacher!“

“Tommy from Little Groove held a music class at our son’s birthday party and everyone had a great time! Tommy showed up with an acoustic guitar, drums, maracas a parachute and even more to play with the kids and parents. It was very engaging and fun! They were also very flexible with location when we had to change it due to rain.“

“Thank you for fostering the recitals, I believe watching other children do their best really encourages my own kids to try harder“

“So glad I found Bass Lessons Unlimited. Prior to starting with them, I'd been doing canned self-guided online bass sites, which could be a bit aimless at times and sometimes left me feeling stuck as a beginner. But since starting private lessons with Bass Lessons Unlimited, I've noticed myself progressing much quicker, and with better technique. My instructor, Ben Wallace-Ailsworth, is a fantastic teacher: he's extremely encouraging, making even my mistakes feel like a valuable part of the learning process. He's great at pivoting and trying different approaches to a particular lesson if one isn't clicking with me. He has a deep knowledge of music and theory in general, which helps a lot to teach me not just what we're doing, but why we're doing it.Before starting lessons with Ben, I thought it would be years, if ever, before I would be able to learn songs by ear, but within just a couple lessons, Ben had taught me how to figure out simple bass lines, and a few weeks after that, I was able to work out this one bass line that had been a long-term goal of mine.Nothing but good things to say about Ben. And Bass Lessons Unlimited in general made the process of starting lessons very smooth.“

“I take lessons with Sienna at Cambridge Piano Lessons, and I have had a phenomenal experience as an adult trying to get back into learning piano and taking lessons. Sienna is an absolute genius. She has a brilliant way of explaining music and how to play the notes on the page. She challenges me and provides feedback that helps me to learn more about the foundation of the music. She also provides explanations in music theory (without going too much in the weeds!) which allows me to understand the basis/foundations of the music that I am playing. I feel like I have definitely improved and am getting the attention that I need to advance my skills.“

“We used Little Groove for my son’s 4th birthday party and it was amazing! They were so easy to work with and had great communication throughout the entire planning process. Tommy arrived early, and had 20 kids fully engaged and giggling the entire time. He brought a variety of toys (maracas, puppets, drums, parachute, etc) which the kids loved and also allowed them to participate in a variety of ways. I can’t say enough good things about little groove and I highly recommend them“

“Kathy Clancy, known as Kathy on the Keys, not only tunes pianos but is the most extraordinary piano teacher! Her students range from very young children to elderly folks in their 80's. Whether you have absolutely no experience at all - or - whether you have played the piano for years, you should sign up for lessons! I've tested out several teachers only to find that Kathy Clancy is patient, a very talented musician and singer, and truly knows how to teach piano at all levels. Students love her sense of humor and her dedication to each and every one of them. Several of my friends take lessons from her and agree that they now enjoy learning to play the piano -- thanks to her techniques, well-planned lessons to keep you interested in music you enjoying playing, and her sincere interest in helping her students. Many may play piano but few can actually teach as well as Kathy. What are you waiting for; it's never to late too learn to play the piano!“
