I had trouble charging my IPhone for months went there and told the lady working there she was very friendly and helpful she tried a new wire for me hooked it up to made sure it charged for a few minutes in the store then I bought wire so glad I went there instead of trying a wire that might not work as good the prices are reasonable I would say average.
