After being sick for a month and not able to take care of my hip-length hair, it was so badly tangled I honestly wasn't sure if it could be saved. Katherine, Natalia, Carla, and Cheryl (and possibly more people? it was a bit of a blur!) worked together for almost four hours to comb it out and cut it, and it came out amazing. What could have been a really physically and emotionally rough experience was smooth and shame-free, and I am so relieved and delighted that I lucked into such a great team.Services: Shampoo & conditioning
I’ve been going to HPO for years. Briana V (Bri) is amazing. She cares about the health of your hair and will get you to the color you’re looking for the right way. I’ve gone back and fourth from dark, dark brown to blonde balayage and through the process my hair always felt healthy and looked great.
I have seen Nichole over the years too who I also love! I fully trust either of them can get me the results I’m looking for. I highly suggest both Briana and Nichole for cuts, dyes, and styling. I always leave the salon happy and confident!
