I have a very old house, built in 1910. I called Granite Lock with an issue with the front door. I thought I might have to get a deadbolt and drill into the woodwork of the door. Granite lock sent out their technician, Zack, within a day. Zack was extremely knowledgeable and explained the necessary repair. Also … he didn’t just push me to the most expensive option as he said the old lock was good and solid and just needed some repair in the mechanism. He was quick and thorough and did an excellent job!! I will always choose Granite Lock. They are reliable and trustworthy.

Had an excellent experience.. I have a weird door. It was difficult to find a standard fit. He took extra time and Care finding something that would work. The installation was professional clean and timely. Most importantly it was a solution that didn't break the bank. Quality locks aren't cheap and neither is skilled labor. I would definitely recommend Granite Lock!
