I’m 69 years old, saying that because I’ve been around the block. NEVER have I been so positively overwhelmed by a service provider. Zak from Granite City arrived on time to the minute coming from Quincy to Duxbury. With 1O minutes he was able to open a locked closet door with an Emtek lock that I personally installed upside down making it even harder to pick. The next two hours were spent trying to fix other locks but they were too far gone to repair. The cost? -0- zero, zilch, nada! He’s been gone an hour and I’m still in shock. Zack came and re-keyed 3 locks. He was more than professional, explained everything wrong with one lock, tried to fix one but instead of charging me, was honest and said I needed a new one and didn't try to sell me one. That was refreshing. I would highly recommend.

Amazing people & work. My motorcycle key snapped, and out of the 15+ places I called these people were the most helpful. I drove over there with the snapped key, they cut me a new one. I was going to buy three but the employee said go home, make sure it works and if it does come back and we can cut the other two, and even told me to bring my bike this time so he could grease the ignition so the key wouldn’t snap again. Went home, key worked perfectly. Went back again a couple hours later and had the other two cut! Genuinely good people behind this place, rare to see nowadays. Highly recommend ??
