I just spent the day at Frosted, and I feel like a princess! Cut and color are beautiful, but the ambiance of this salon and the class of professional, caring and empathetic staff is what makes it special. A step above the rest and more importantly the eclectic tone and variety of care from a new hairstyle and look to the Reiki Master Kim, who, from what I've been told, really knows her stuff. I spent the day there today and I wanted to show off and express my appreciation for Joanne, Jill and Frosted!

JoAnn was wonderful! She accepted my reservation last-minute, even though I'm a first-time customer, and really took her time with me. She was skilled and friendly and I absolutely love my haircut! She did a beautiful job and my hair is very fine and a bit thin and not easy to work with. But I love the new cut! I will absolutely be going back to her. Her prices are reasonable. She definitely knows what she's doing and is very easy to be around. I can't recommend her highly enough!
