Very disappointed. I ordered a package and I had a strong feeling it was going to get lost because I’ve heard Fed ex always loses packages( I usually use UPS ). Well sure enough it was scanned about 6 days ago now at the facility in Quincy. I called them and although the guy was nice I couldn’t understand him very well due to a language barrier. He did acknowledge that the package was most likely misplaced by an employee at the warehouse. I needed this window solution for work and now I have to move a whole bunch of things around so I can use this window cleaning solution at a later date and still have no idea if or when I will get a refund or get my package. Horrible experience of no door tags, no notifications, and no updates to how I want to be notified after THREE ATTEMPTS at calling customer service to buzz my apartment. Never trust Fedex. It's happened to me twice and both times I am forced to travel 2 hours to pick up a tiny package. It really is the worst.

Absolute garbage experience. Call today to ask why the driver wouldn’t leave the package. Absolutely no reasonable answer. It was a guy in India. He made it sound like they would try to get it here. Apparently they’re not trying very hard. It’s almost 6 PM. I haven’t heard a word, Nena thing, and it is still scheduled for two days from now. Reading these comments, I assume he was lying as well I wish I could have left zero stars
