This is an unusual review because I didn't end up using Jim's services. We needed a new heat pump installed in my dad's condo unit, and my dad decided on a different company to do the work because of factors unrelated to Jim & his professionalism. But I wanted to leave a great review for Bulldog because Jim was the first to answer our call, and he also offered a free and very fair quote. He also offered to help us figure out a temporary solution to cool my dad down while we waited for the unit to be replaced. Jim is top-notch, and I have no doubt that his workmanship matches his fairness and professionalism. I will certainly be using him for any issues I have in the future, and you should too!
