The day I met John Boey was when my husband had him come over to see what we could rent our house for. We had been told by another realtor that our house would not sell that high so we decided to rent. John Boey had a look around and said “why are you not selling”? We told John what the other realtor quoted and he said “I can have this house on the market for X and it will sell for X.” With the utmost of confidence, he quoted 40K higher than the previous realtor. John Boey sold our house for only one thousand dollars less than he quoted. He nailed it. In addition, John Boey was one of the nicest people we have ever met. Not only did he always have a pleasant demeanor but he was efficient, on target and prepared. I recall when things were about to get hectic because there were three parties involved, John would always bring the attorneys, realtor, bank et al up to date and keep thing running smoothly. He was the “go to guy” for everyone. Also, we were new to the process of selling with multiple parties involved and had many questions. We always received a quick response from John as he always made us feel like we were his number one client. I look forward to working with him on any future project and I highly recommend him to everyone.
