I started working with Alicia 3 months post partum and she has been amazing!!! First, she met with me for a consult and laid out the options for me. I see her twice a week and our sessions have been so helpful during my recovery from a C-section. The gym is clean and parking is easy on nearby streets. Alicia is also very flexible and offered for me to bring my son when childcare wasn’t available. I would recommend Alicia to any postpartum mom!!!

AHB and specifically Alicia has worked with me for several years. She has patience in dealing with my issues and the knowledge to come up with a plan that accommodates those issues. I would recommend AHB to anyone who wants to start training or resume training or advance in their training goals.

I was new to personal training, really seeking some consistency and Alicia walked me through all of my options with a tremendous amount of patience. She validated my feelings around my health and was completely nonjudgmental. I’m 3+ months into small group training and I could not recommend this team any higher. Becky is phenomenal, incredibly supportive but consistently pushes me. The whole environment is friendly. As a working mom they really accommodate my schedule and that’s huge. Anyone who is considering a personal training gym should absolutely check out A Healthy Balance!
