Disappointing. I was so excited to have their services, but after about a year with them, I came to realize they do nothing. They did send a handyman over a few times, who was completely unprofessional. He left messes for my housekeeper to cleanup, and it took him 2 days to change out a broken Exit sign, which I could have done in an hour. They charged me almost $300 for that alone. I requested the following, and the only responses I got were, "I'll check on those with the owner and will get back to you.". They never did. I had to call separate service providers to have these done, rendering their services useless.1. Fix a small leak in a ceiling.2. Fix... read full review
