“After a year of frustration with contractors who did not call back or come back or write the promised estimate, a friend suggested TMD because they are honest and reliable.
TMD is located a little farther from my location but I decided to try talking with Tom.
My experience starting with that initial meeting has been exceptional. In truth: phenomenal.
TMD truly wants to fulfill their clients wishes. They are very clear about their well thought out and experienced process. Each step on the journey from initial design to choosing materials through final payment is thoroughly explained.
Communication is key to any good working relationship. TMD excels in good communication. All my question in person or via calls, emails, texts throughout the project were answered promptly. Every time!
The team is trustworthy. So important if you are not on the premises, as I was not.

“Very easy to work with. Provided a diverse set of skills so that the job progressed without any delays along the way. When samples were considered RBW went and got the best footing for the price that we could get. RBW also provided tons of pictures as the work was done as if I was on site. I have other work that needs to be done and will not hesitate to have RBW helping me with future projects.
