Got kept waiting for over a half hour just to be told at the last second that they don't take our insurance? Could've told me that over the phone when we were making our appointment! They'll wait until it's almost too late just to try to scam you for full price at the last second.

I went there to get an eye exam and Dr. White wasn’t wearing gloves the room was sketchy then when I had to go to a different room she was very rude and her tone was very aggressive. Then when I got my glasses they don’t even work and makes it harder for me to see and doesn’t keep my eye straight. I have to squint to be able to see wearing them. Do not recommend

Wish they had a 0 star option that’s what they deserve. Horrible costumer service, very racist including and specially Dr white. I was interpreting for a patient there today and I don’t recommend this place at all. She said if the patient wanted to buy contact lenses she would have to bring someone that wears them and speak the patient language because it’s impossible to interpretate such a thing. she treated and speak very rude to us. we were so upset that we didn’t even get the glasses there. gonna redo the exam somewhere else clearly their machines were dirty and couldn’t be accurate
