My hair had 3 or different colors in it and hadn't been colored or cut in months Michelle listened to what I wanted and took her time to explain everything to make sure we were on the same page. She genuinely wanted me to be happy and feel beautiful with the color and cut. I appreciated the fact that she also consulted with Tina, one of the directors, who was also a color correction specialist.
It took 40 years but I finally got the color I have been searching for. Mission accomplished! She was also considerate of my budget (I am a senior) which was greatly appreciated.
