From the 3 haircuts I've gotten, they've all been fantastic. Super friendly and accommodating, only $30 for men's cut, and they (Nick and Kristie) always do a great job. Highly recommend and in my opinion the best place in Plymouth.

Firat and foremost; They take the time to hire amazing trainers and instructors. Lots of folks say yeah, but it's pricey. I agree, BUT you absolutely get more than you pay for if you actually go. I challenge you to find 3x a week Yoga for less than the monthly membership. Not to mention the most amazing mix of instructors I've ever met. Beginner to advanced they are top shelf!! Then there's the trainers! Again I challenge you to find better for less, you will not. They are top shelf motivitating fun and innovative. If you want to belong to a gym that will make you a better version of yourself then join Plymouth Fitness and jump all the way in. Don't just stick your toe in, go for it! F the inhibitions and self consciousness and truly go for it. You deserve it

I've been a member at several gyms over the years. This one is by far my favorite. Whether it is the variety of machines and free weights, basketball court / turf field, pool or the free courses included with the membership, Plymouth Fit is a great gym for all shapes and sizes. On top of the great facility, the staff and community there is awesome. Keep on rockin' guys.
