“I could not be happier about NEFL’s refinishing of our floors. The floor’s were 22 years old with some damaged and worn spots. The damaged spots now look like new and the entire floor frankly looks better than I ever remember it looking. Wish I had had this done years ago. Communication with Sam and his crew was excellent, the price was right and the crew left the house in excellent condition. All in all, A+++.“

Setting clear expectations and following through. This was especially helpful since we were remote from the property. John always followed up as promised. We purchased our flooring through Lumber Liquidators (would not recommend). This means the quality of the wood is "contractor grade" (which we did not know when purchasing). Contractor grade flooring has MANY inconsistencies in tone and quality as compared to their website pictures. John and his team have the seasoned experience to know exactly how to manage these kinds of challenges so that the flooring lays out beautifully. There is an art to properly laying out pre-finished hard wood flooring and John and his team were amazing. Thank you, John!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!“
