I just got home from another 90-minute massage by Mia. She always asks me what areas I need work on, pressure, and temperature. Today, after building a shed yesterday, my hamstrings were tight, I had sore feet, calves, and forearms. She worked her magic on those areas with great care and just the right pressure.
