Cool comfort Heating& Air were very professional and knowledgeable. They came out and repaired my heating system to get me by until they came back to install the Daikin Heat Pump system. Very pleased with the new air source heat pump system, very quiet and balanced. The bonus we were able to get was a ductless heat & ac mini split for the room over garage, not to mention was Stephen helped us with the paperwork so we could get the $10,00 rebate from Mass Save, and use financing to keep payments low. Steve is awesome!!! During the summer our HVAC system completely died, and we were stuck with no AC during a crazy heat wave. We found Cool Comfort after frantically calling every HVAC servicing company, and they were able to help us quicker than anyone else. While Steve worked on our system over a few weeks, he provided us with temporary AC units so we wouldn't melt (which was super appreciated!) There were many days when Steve worked into the night in the dark/rain/etc to make sure things were progressing. He was very fair price-wise and really tried to assist us in every way possible. Highly recommend this company! We're sticking with them for life.
