I felt overall attitude of employees was dismissive uncaring and completely rushed. This is exceptionally upsetting when appointment is cosmetic and the cost is high. I didn't appreciate hearing how overbooked they are and that they didn't have time for scheduled procedure. When I expressed my frustration I was practically bullied to agree I was happy before I left . I did not like the intimidation . Do better!

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Dr. Jean-Phillip Okhovat! He was so kind, compassionate, and caring. He diagnosed a skin lesion that was misdiagnosed by many other providers and he decided to biopsy it and took care of it quickly and efficiently. He is always very professional. Whenever I send him messages to the staff, he makes sure to respond to me in a timely manner with reassurance. I cannot express how grateful I am to be under his care. Highly recommend!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I usually go to the Norwell location, but they were booked up; so, I went to Plymouth. I was scheduled with Jean-Phillip Okhovat, MD, but he canceled last minute and rescheduled a few days later. I was in a lot of pain and this was inconvenient to say the least. When I had my appointment, the staff and nurses were great; however, Jean-Phillip Okhovat arrived and had the bedside manner of a serial killer. He proceeded to apologize for having to tell me I have cancer. I've had the same skin problem since I was a kid and had to explain that he was completely wrong and out of line. He left for about 20 minutes and when he returned, he reluctantly said he was wrong. Never again, Jean-Phillip find a new line of work.
