“Chris gave us an itemized quote for materials and labor, (which no other plumber we interviewed was able or willing to do). He and his crew of 3, Tyler, Christian, and Nick, arrived as scheduled. They wore covers over their shoes and put down quilted mats to protect our floors. The clothes dryer had to be removed to access the space for the water heater, and they did this with great care.After they removed the old water heater, and reinstalled the dryer, Chris explained the workings of the new water heater.
