The office was super responsive and worked with me to get a time that worked for my schedule. It was greatly appreciated. They were great and I feel like I have a new home! They arrived right on time, were very professional, confirmed the price before they began. The results are impressive (I had a few stains on my stairs). I would not hesitate to use or refer them. I have to wonder if the one star review was a mistake or intended for another company. The people in the office as well as those who came to do the work were very professional and kind.
