I brought my prom dress to be altered after it had sat at another tailor for two weeks without even being started. Because the dress was lined and had multiple layers it would end up costing much more than I anticipated. Dawn was understanding and patient with me as we worked to lower the price to something I could afford while still achieving what I wanted. She called me multiple times to work out details with me and make sure the price was okay. It was ready a week and a day later, right when she said it would be. Fantastic service
