This place is so incredible that the kids BEG to have appointments! The waiting area has a theater, game room, toys, and whatever a kid might want. Staff are clearly delighted to be here, and help every child feel safe and loved. I am able to schedule three of my children at the same time. Yes, the SAME time! Plus, it's almost unbelievable, but today's appointment was at 7:30am, which allows us to still get to school without disruptions. My only criticism that comes to mind is that it didn't exist for my childhood. 😁
They are amazing with the kids. My daughter has had a lot of issues including an abcessed tooth that I called in on a Saturday and they responded immediately and helped her. along with fillings and extractions they have made her feel at ease and never scared to go back.
