There scheduling mistakes are annoying happened twice to me but I have gone 10 plus times seen 3 different ppl and all are amazing at what they do so still gets 5 really great massages every full body massage I’ve got the got everywhere and I mean everything in 60 min some places don’t when do 90 they are great at what they do

I hate to leave a less than 5 star rating for a women owned business. I'll start with the pros: rooms are great, massages are good and it feels clean. The negatives: I've been about 10 times, about half of the times she's left in the middle to go to the front door when a customer walked in (I recommend just having a sign that says massage in progress) or talk on her phone to schedule another appt while giving the massage (I recommend just letting it go to vm). I called and was able to make a same-day appointment with Gina. I was/am extremely grateful since I have been laid up with an upper back/shoulder problem for the past week. I had gotten a massage elsewhere the previous week and it only offered temporary relief. About 36 hrs later I was laid up again so that’s when I started blindly calling around and ended up with my same-day appt at H&G. I got an hour deep tissue massage yesterday afternoon. GINA IS PHENOMENAL. She worked on my shoulder so well that today I am up and walking around and have not taken a single Motrin.
