He came on short notice which was appreciated but now I wish we had waited for someone with more experience. Installed a tub for us. Had to cut a hole in the ceiling to install which was fine with us. After installing the tub, we could see that it was leaking through the hole in the ceiling. He came back out once to try and fix it (he applied a bunch of silicone around drain-it did not work and kept leaking). When we tried to get him to repair it, he said he was going on vacation and stopped answering our calls.

Had a leaking valve in the basement. He was over within 20 minutes and fixed the problem! Very thorough at explaining what he was doing and very reasonable on the price. Will use again without a doubt!!!!
